Rajeet’s Retreats – Cultural Tours & Yoga Retreats

1. Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total retreat price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat start date. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and you receive written confirmation from us.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to rajeet_saini@hotmail.com. Refunds will be issued based on the time of cancellation prior to the retreat start date:

More than 6 weeks before: Full refund minus the 10% deposit

4 to 6 weeks before: 50% refund of the total retreat cost

Less than 4 weeks before: No refund

You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason.We reserve the right to cancel a retreat if there are insufficient bookings or due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., flights, insurance, visas).

3. Travel and Insurance

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel to and from Austria. It is mandatory to hold valid travel insurance that covers cancellation, health emergencies, accidents, and personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury incurred during your travel to or from the retreat.

4. Health, Fitness & Medical Conditions

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in yoga and group activities. Any medical conditions, injuries, or mental health concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking. You participate in all activities at your own risk and agree to listen to your body and practice mindfully.

5. Itinerary and Venue Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or daily schedule due to practical or safety reasons. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund if necessary.

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected toward all participants, staff, and local communities. Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

You agree that participation in yoga and other activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take photos or videos during the retreat for use in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

We will never share your data without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
